5 years after the end of ‘The Big Bang Theory’, and for the first time, we will have a meeting of the protagonists to say goodbye to ‘Young Sheldon’

With the young Sheldon entering into its last season, there are fresh revelations regarding its last episode and what might be in store of the entire franchise which began with The big bang theory. We already knew that the Georgie and Mandy spin-off show had been greenlit, but now know that a farewell episode will have a cameo from a special guest.

It will be a mini-reunion because Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik—Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler—will be back for the prequels finale so both their fans are in for a treat. They last appeared in the show together five years back when the famed sitcom concluded and have not shared that kind of screen time since.

Big Bang Sheldon

Obviously, something to keep in mind is that Parsons has been the voiceover narrator of Young Sheldon for quite a long time narrating his childhood self. Nonetheless, he has also only showed himself on rare instances and feels the series finale warrants one of those. The chance of seeing other Big Bang Theory cast members in cameo roles is not ruled out either.

Young Sheldon will air its last episode on May 16 with Iain Armitage, Zoe Perry, Lance Barber, Annie Potts, Montana Jordan, Raegan Revord, and Emily Osment featuring in the episode. In this TV show finale, fans will bid farewell to the character of Dr. Cooper, who left for CalTech at a mere age of fourteen Sheldon’s teenage years.

It’s a Wonderful Day in the Neighborhood As Young Sheldon ends, the story unfolds in the Big Bang Theory universe going forward. A new sitcom will focus on the date on which Georgie and Mandy played by Jordan and Osment become parents for the first time. Besides this, there has been news about Max working on a K. That, however, has not worked out much lately.
