Speaking about his work with Apple, Beam added, “It’s a miracle. The voice can be a worshiping sacrifice and an attacking weapon.”
Iron & Wine has announced that Light Verse will be released on April 26, making it the North Carolina band’s first album since the release of the past seven years, Beast Epic (2017). For this new project, Beam had quite an array of musicians with him including Tyler Chester on keyboards, Sebastian Steinberg on bass, David Garza on guitar, Paul Cartwright on strings and Griffin Goldsmith, Beth Goodfellow and Kyle Crane on drums and percussion’s.
Earlier than this song “All in Good Time”, Iron & Wine already had distributed “You Never Know, as the first single of the album.” The band announced an even more extensive tour of North America, the UK, and Europe which commences on June 14, from Milwaukee and is expected to end in Antwerp, Belgium on November 15.
